A game concept designed to teach adults key entrepreneurship skills. This engaging, fantasy-driven narrative casts the player as a unicorn businessman building a disruptive company to triumph over their former "gorilla boss."

Players learn and apply true-to-reality business strategies and concepts, developing essential real-world decision-making skills.

To ensure product-market fit, my team and I executed comprehensive planning, including: developing a UVP/VVP, creating a mind map and detailed customer profiles, building a financial pro forma, and conducting user interviews.
